Welcome to FlierShip (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use FlierShip.

1. Overview of Services

FlierShip is a peer-to-peer and logistics connection platform that enables users to send, carry, and receive goods through various roles and services, including:

  • Landing Page Display – Users may view our home page and explore basic functions without creating an account.
  • Connection Service – A peer-to-peer delivery network connecting senders (“Shippers”) with travelers (“Fliers”) and other logistics providers.
  • Sign-Up Feature – Users can create a new account to access full Platform functionality.
  • Login Feature – Registered users may log in to manage their accounts and services.
  • Fliers – Travelers can browse delivery requests along their travel routes and earn compensation by carrying parcels.
  • Shippers – Individuals and businesses can send parcels affordably by connecting with trusted fliers.
  • Sea Freight – Freight forwarders may manage large-scale shipping and optimize logistics through our tools.
  • Shoppers – Users may shop internationally and have items delivered by our global network of travelers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use FlierShip.
  • By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Platform.
  • Accounts may not be created or used by automated systems or on behalf of third parties without authorization.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • To access most services, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account. FlierShip is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

4.1 Fliers

  • Fliers agree to carry parcels lawfully and responsibly according to the applicable travel regulations.
  • Fliers must ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and airline/security laws.
  • Fliers are not employees of FlierShip; they act as independent contractors.
  • Fliers set their own availability and accept delivery requests voluntarily.

4.2 Shippers

  • Shippers must accurately describe and disclose the contents of parcels.
  • Shippers may not send prohibited or dangerous goods (see Section 7).
  • Shippers are responsible for ensuring items comply with laws of both the origin and destination country.

4.3 Sea Freight Forwarders

  • Must provide accurate documentation and shipment details.
  • Are responsible for complying with all international shipping and trade regulations.
  • Use of the Platform does not replace necessary licensing or regulatory requirements.

4.4 Shoppers

  • Shoppers may purchase goods internationally through FlierShip’s network.
  • All purchase requests must comply with relevant consumer import laws.
  • Shoppers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any government fees.

5. Payments & Fees

  • FlierShip facilitates payments between users but is not a bank or financial institution.
  • Service fees may apply for certain transactions, which will be disclosed before confirmation.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers. By using FlierShip, you also agree to their terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
  • Attempt to interfere with Platform operations or security.
  • Send or transport items that violate laws, safety standards, or these Terms.

7. Prohibited Items

You may not ship, request, or carry:

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia.
  • Weapons, explosives, flammable items, or hazardous materials.
  • Stolen goods, counterfeit products, or pirated media.
  • Items restricted by airlines, carriers, or government regulations.
  • Perishable food items (unless expressly permitted).

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • FlierShip provides a connection service only. We are not responsible for parcels, the conduct of users, or successful delivery.
  • We make no guarantees regarding reliability, safety, or availability of users or services.
  • FlierShip is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels unless otherwise required by law.
  • Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms,
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful behavior, or
  • Misuse the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.
  • FlierShip may assist but is not obligated to mediate disputes.
  • By using the Platform, you agree to resolve claims through binding arbitration, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlierShip after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
